Who we are

What data we collect and why
When you use our website, we only collect data for functional purposes and order fulfillment.
Store Orders (WooCommerce): If you buy merchandise, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address. We need this information to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and ensure your items are delivered. IP address and location is used to calculate shipping and taxes.
Mailing list (Sender.net): If you sign up for our mailing list, the information you provide will be saved inside the mailing service and used to send you band updates.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via WooPayments. We do not process or store your credit card numbers or sensitive payment details directly on our servers. Whichever payment processor you choose will process your payment data.
Cookies: We strictly use the essential cookies required by WordPress and WooCommerce to make the website and storefront function (e.g. saving cart contents). These cookies remember what is in your cart and allow you to proceed through checkout. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels—only cookies strictly needed for the site to function.
Comments: If you leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and some identifiable connection information for spam detection.
Analytics: We use basic server analytics to monitor overall traffic and visitor numbers. This data is entirely anonymous, non-identifiable, and cannot be traced back to you. We just want to know how many of you there are.
Caching: The site is made faster by caching, and can potentially save duplicates of pages and images on your device. These files stay only on your device and are automatically deleted by your browser after they are too old to be useful.
Who we share your data with
Only band members have access to the website and your data within.
We do not sell your data. We only share your information with trusted third-party services as far as it is necessary to operate our store and fulfill your orders:
Third party access
Printify: Our merchandise is printed and shipped by Printify. When you place an order, we share your name and shipping details with them strictly for the purpose of creating and delivering your items.
WooPayments: Your payment details are transmitted securely to WooPayments to process the transaction.
How long we retain your data
If you make an order, we retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal and tax accounting requirements.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the provided information in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time

Under the GDPR, you have the right to control your personal data. You can contact us at any time to request a copy of your data, request corrections or request that we delete your personal data (excluding data we are legally required to keep for tax and administrative purposes).
